On November 12, Geelong reported that Jiangsu Jinji Industrial (300798.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Yingzhi Innovation (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yingzhi Innovation") signed an "AI Capability Center Computing Power Service Resource Operation Contract" with Shenzhen Dive Cloud Union Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dive Cloud Union"), providing computing power equipment rental & leasing services to Dive Cloud Union.

Due to objective changes in the operation of the computing power business by the business purchaser, the two parties mutually agreed to sign a "Cooperation Termination Agreement." The termination of this contract is a result of objective changes in the operation of the computing power business by the business purchaser and mutual agreement between both parties. It will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's financial condition and operating results, nor will it affect the normal operation of the company's computing power business. The company remains committed to the construction of the "AI Innovation Empowerment Center Phase I" project and steadily advancing the construction of later-stage computing power projects. Building on existing computing power equipment providing computing power services externally, it continuously expands computing power services based on project planning to promote the implementation of computing power supply, scheduling, and scenario-based applications.

As of October 31, 2024, after active negotiations, Yingzhi Innovation has completed the first-phase computing equipment procurement, with converted computing power of 1,696P and completed all networking. Based on the networking of computing equipment, contracts for phased computing power leasing have been signed with multiple customers, achieving a total revenue of 15.8965 million yuan (this financial data has not been audited).
