Gelonghui, November 8, 丨 China Jinmao (00817.HK) announced that on November 8, 2024, the company and its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Jinmao Xiongan signed a project development entrustment management contract with Sinochem Xiongan, and Sinochem Xiongan, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary. According to this, Jinmao Xiongan will provide management services to Sinochem Xiongan for the development and construction of the project.
The project is located in Xiong'an New District, Hebei Province. It covers an area of about 13,947 square meters, with a total planned construction area of about 91,163 square meters. After completion, it is planned that Sinochem will use Sinochem as its headquarters phase II office building.
