Dickson Concept (00113.HK) announced that, according to Chairman and Executive Director Dickson Poon, the Securities and Futures Commission has initiated legal proceedings in the High Court of Hong Kong against him and a group-related company, EAL, regarding insider trading allegations. The SFC has also applied to the court for an order to disclose the amount of profits or interests earned, and/or to request compensation as directed by the court.

Mr. Poon has strongly denied the allegations made against him and will vigorously defend himself in the legal proceedings.
