According to the Company's Audit Committee recommendation, Peking Xinghuadingfeng Certified Public Accountants was appointed as the auditor, effective from October 31, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy caused by the resignation of Kaiyuan Xinde, with a term until the end of the next shareholder Annual General Meeting of the Company.
