BBMG Corporation (02009.HK)(601992.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing centergate technologies Jiayue, won the bid for the residential land parcel 1516-60 in the Fengtai District, beijing centergate technologies Park, Fengtai Garden East Phase III project for 2.7 billion RMB (same below), with a transaction floor price of 49,982 yuan per square meter.

The construction land area of the land parcel is 21,607.59 square meters, with a planned construction area of 54,019 square meters, a plot ratio of 2.5, and a maximum building height of 60 meters.
