Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) has reported earnings growth for the third quarter of the financial year 2024 (3Q24), driven by the acquisition of five new properties. Its core net income has increased 4.8% to RM40.8 million for the quarter while the cumulative earnings for the first nine months of FY24 (9M24) totalled RM120.7 million, representing a 14.2% year-on-year rise.
