DKSH Holdings announces that Stephen John Ferraby, Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman and Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, will retire on November 21, 2024.

Stephen Ferraby began his career at DKSH in 2010 and has held various leadership positions with distinction, including his role as the Chairman of DKSH Holdings (Malaysia) Berhad since May 2017. Stephen has been instrumental in shaping the company's long-term strategy, working closely with the Board Members to align our goals with stakeholder interests. His commitment to good governance and compliance has reinforced the ethical standards we uphold, ensuring that DKSH Holdings (Malaysia) Berhad operates with accountability and transparency. Under Stephen's stewardship, DKSH Holdings (Malaysia) Berhad not only navigated the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic but also emerged stronger, leading to resilient performance and significant growth in results.

Oh Sae Ung (known as Sam Oh), Chief Information Officer at DKSH, who was appointed to the Board on July 5, 2024, as the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, will succeed Stephen Ferraby as the new Chairman. Prior to this role, he was the Senior Vice President and Head of Global IT of Global Logistics Properties, Hong Kong, where he led significant digital transformation and IT strategy. Sam brings to the Board extensive experience spanning 25 years in the areas of information technology and digital transformation across Asia and USA. DKSH is confident that under Sam Oh's leadership, DKSH Holdings (Malaysia) Berhad will continue to deliver growth and long-term value to our shareholders as the company embarks on the next phase of its journey.
