Johor Plantations is set to extend its bullish momentum as it tests the immediate resistance at RM1.08, according to a report by RHB Investment Bank Bhd (RHB Research). The stock has been consolidating sideways just below this level, and the upward movement of the 21-day simple moving average (SMA) indicates a positive short-term trend. Should the stock break above the RM1.08 resistance, it is expected to continue its upward trajectory towards the next targets of RM1.12 and RM1.16. However, a dip below the RM1.02 support level would signal the start of a potential correction.

Southern Cable Group is also showing strong upward momentum after breaking through the RM0.90 resistance on significant trading volume. The stock closed with a "higher high" white candlestick, reinforcing the bullish sentiment. RHB Research anticipates further price gains, with the next resistance levels set at RM0.98 and RM1.05. If the stock drops below the RM0.84 support, however, the bullish outlook would be invalidated.
