Kubell <4448> announced that the business chat "Chatwork" has won the top spot in domestic users for six consecutive years in the "Nielsen NetView/Mobile NetView Customized Report" conducted by Nielsen Digital on the 22nd.
"Chatwork" was launched in March 2011 and by the end of June, it had been used by over 7.05 million users and over 0.59 million companies. It features a simple UI that is easy to use and connect with external parties, leading to its widespread adoption. The company provides useful information on IT and DX to small and medium-sized enterprises in Japan, while also supporting the establishment of an environment where employees can focus on their essential tasks.
