Inner Mongolia Dian Tou Energy Corporation (002128.SZ) announced on October 23 that the company's tenth interim board of directors meeting in 2024 approved the proposal on investing in and constructing the 10MW wind power project in the East District New Energy Inland Port by Inner Mongolia Erdos Resources Green Wind New Energy Co., Ltd. The second phase of the 10MW wind power project in the East District New Energy Inland Port was approved in May 2023, and it is planned to be invested and constructed by Inner Mongolia Erdos Resources Green Wind New Energy Co., Ltd.
The static investment of the project is 37.7798 million yuan, with a static cost of 3777.98 yuan/kW. The dynamic investment of the project is 37.9911 million yuan, with a dynamic cost of 3799.11 yuan/kW. After deducting investments such as smart wind farm, the dynamic cost becomes 3679.11 yuan/kW, which is lower than the cost of 4542.38 yuan/kW set by the group company's "New Energy Power Plant Unit kW Cost Standard Value (2024 Version)" baseline value + adjustment value.
This project plans to install a 10MW single-unit wind turbine generator, with a rotor diameter of 230 meters, a hub height of 130 meters, and an outlet voltage of 1.14 kV. It will be equipped with one box-type transformer for voltage boosting, and will be connected to the 110kV substation of the Phase I 50MW decentralized wind power project through a 35kV collector line. The implementation of this project will help enhance the regional influence of Inner Mongolia Erdos Resources Energy Co., Ltd., laying the foundation for future project development. At the same time, it is also an important supplement to the wind power scale in the East District, contributing to further improve the regional energy structure.
