First, there is no objection to the company's participation in the swap convenience (SFISF). The company should, according to the Notice on Doing a Good Job in Securities, Fund, and Insurance Companies' work related to exchange convenience, make business arrangements, combine its own development strategy and risk tolerance, reasonably determine the application quota, and implement it after the approval of the People's Bank of China.

Second, the company's participation in the swap convenience should strictly comply with the relevant provisions and requirements of the People's Bank of China and the CSRC, conduct exchange convenience-related transactions at the designated trading venue within the approved quota range, and shall not engage in illegal activities using swap convenience tools.

Third, the company shall report to the Securities and Fund Institutions Supervision Office of the CSRC and the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau on the use of exchange convenience funds on a monthly basis. During the participation in the exchange convenience process, in case of significant situations and issues, timely reports should be made to the People's Bank of China and the CSRC.
