On October 17, 2024, Global Sweet (03889.HK) announced that on October 17, 2024, the company entered into the 2024 main procurement agreement with Ruihao (Guangzhou), Diandiantong Supply Chain, and Jilin Huasheng Business and Trade. From January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027, for a three-year period, the group will continue to purchase coal, corn kernels, corn starch, and syrup and other raw materials from Ruihao (Guangzhou) Group, Diandiantong Supply Chain Group, Jilin Huasheng Business and Trade Group, and their respective joint venture companies.

On October 17, 2024, the company entered into the 2024 main sales agreement with Ruihao (Guangzhou), Diandiantong Supply Chain, and Jilin Huasheng Business and Trade.
