BW (06657.HK) announced that Yeung Ching To has resigned as executive director and chief executive officer due to personal career development goals in other areas, effective today, October 17, and will no longer serve as a member of the board of directors' remuneration and assessment committee. On the same day, Fu Yingbo was nominated as executive director and appointed chief executive officer.

Fu Yingbo served as the President of Peking Kuang Vision Technology from October 2016 to July 2024.
