Migaro Holdings <5535> decided to implement a 1st anniversary shareholder benefit on the 11th.

The company established itself through the separate equity transfer of Property Agent on October 2, 2023, exceeding expectations in its first year with accelerated business growth speed and increased corporate value.

The targeted recipients of the commemorative shareholder benefit are shareholders listed or recorded in the shareholder register as of the end of March 2025 who own one unit or more of common stock.

Each shareholder will receive a QUO Card worth 1,000 yen per shareholder.

Please note that this commemorative shareholder benefit will be implemented only for this occasion to celebrate the 1st anniversary, and the gifts are planned to be enclosed and sent with the second regular shareholders' general meeting document in mid-June 2025.
