On October 14, Gelonghui announced that Jiangsu Dagang Stock (002077.SZ) plans to sign the 'Suzhou Longju Innovation and Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Partnership Agreement') to invest in Suzhou Longju Innovation and Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as 'Partnership Enterprise' or 'Fund'), in order to enhance the company's external investment capabilities and asset operation capabilities, expand into key areas of new quality productivity such as semiconductors and new materials, promote industrial extension and upgrade. After the completion of this investment, the total amount of capital contributed by the Partnership Enterprise will change from 134 million yuan to 141.8 million yuan, with KeLi Semiconductor contributing 9.8 million yuan, accounting for 6.91%. Each party will make monetary contributions, focusing on investing in non-listed companies' equity in emerging industries such as semiconductors, new materials, and advanced manufacturing.
