Fulin Precision (300432.SZ) announced on October 10th that the company plans to sign a "Humanoid Robot Application Project Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Shanghai Zhiyuan New Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhiyuan Robot"), Juxing New Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Juxing New Materials"), Wenhongjie, Sichuan Annchuangxiang Intelligent Technology Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Annu Innovation"), and Sichuan Annchuanghe Intelligent Technology Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Annu Innovation and"). Based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit, and complementary advantages, the parties, after friendly negotiations, have reached this framework agreement to invest in and establish a project company, integrate resources from all parties to carry out project construction, with a shared bullish view on the humanoid robot application project industry.
Project companies will be jointly established by parties A, B, C, D, E, and F, mainly engaged in sales and services of robot application system solutions; secondary development of robot scenario functions, customized design and delivery of ontology; derivative products and services of robots, vertical scenario data collection and application.
This investment involves new business and new fields. The company has conducted feasibility studies on this cooperation. The robotics industry is an extension of the company's automotive precision manufacturing parts application field. Leveraging the advantages of systematic precision smart manufacturing, cost-quality lean management, customer resources and ecological synergy advantages, based on the company's integrated research and development and manufacturing capabilities in electromechanical systems, the company has made corresponding technical personnel reserves and research and development investments. Layout has been done in advance for key hardware intelligent electric joints in the robotics sector, integrating the technologies of reducers, intelligent controls, and electric machines, expanding the electric joint products of harmonic drive and planetary reducers platforms. Prototypes have been completed, and small-scale production is underway.
