Grants 10th of October | Huaxing Capital announced the appointment of founder Bao Fan's wife, Xu Yanqing, as the new chairperson of the board of directors. The company announced on Wednesday at hkex that Xu Yanqing has been appointed as the chairperson of the board of directors, and has been reassigned from a non-executive director to an executive director, effective immediately. Documents previously disclosed show that the 54-year-old Xu Yanqing holds 48.71% of the shares of Huaxing Capital.
