(TSXV: VUX) (the "Corporation") announced today that it has appointed MNP LLP, as auditor of the Corporation effective October 7, 2024. The resignation of the Corporation's former auditor, Crowe MacKay LLP, was accepted by the Corporation effective October 7, 2024.
