Axiata Appoints Dr Farid From Khazanah To The Board
Axiata has announced the appointment of Dr Farid Mohamed Sani as the group's independent nonexecutive director effective 3 October 2024.
Axiata宣佈任命Farid Mohamed Sani博士爲集團獨立非執行董事，任期自2024年10月3日起生效。
Dr Farid Mohamed Sani is the Head, Digitalisation and Head, Transformation of Khazanah Nasional Berhad (Khazanah). He rejoined Khazanah in December 2018 after serving as Chief Strategy Officer of UEM Group.
Farid Mohamed Sani博士是國家財富基金局（Khazanah）的數字化主管兼轉型主管。他於2018年12月重新加入Khazanah，此前擔任UEm集團首席策略官。
Prior to that, he was with Telekom Malaysia from 2012 to 2017. Dr Farid first joined Khazanah in July 2004 and stayed until 2011. He was previously a consultant at McKinsey & Co.
