After Chen Zhaohong's resignation, executive director Zhong Wenli of the company has the necessary qualifications and experience under Rule 5.14 of the GEM Listing Rules to succeed Chen Zhaohong and be appointed as company secretary and authorized representative, effective from September 30, 2024.
