Critical Holdings Secures Contract From US MNC Worth RM82 Million

Critical Holdings Berhad announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Critical M&E Engineering Sdn Bhd has successfully secured a contract from a renowned US-based multinational company worth RM82 million.

The contract involves the mechanical & electrical related fit-out, cleanroom and interior design works for a new 3-storey office building, 1-storey production and warehouse facilitisation located at Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru. The aforementioned works are expected to be completed over a sixteen week period and is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2025.

The contract win it said was in line with the strategy of expanding its presence down south, with this the order book will stand at roughly RM204 million
