Gelonghui announced on September 26th that, effective from September 26, 2024: (1) Ms. Liu Ping has resigned as an executive director; (2) Mr. Yu Zhirong has resigned as an independent non-executive director, as well as the chairman of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee respectively; (3) Mr. Li Shihua has been appointed as an executive director; and (4) Mr. Huang Zhiwen has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, as well as the chairman of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee respectively.
