Tony Hui, General Manager of Sun Hung Kai Properties, stated that on the first day of the public preview of the demonstration units of the Kai Tak 'THE CÉLÈ-天' under Sun Hung Kai (00016.HK) yesterday (25th), over 3,500 people visited, with an expected total of at least over 7,000 visitors in two days. He mentioned that in response to market demand, they will consider introducing Peak Tower units with a practical area of approximately 1,200 to 2,000 square feet in a bidding format in the first sales arrangement.

Tony Hui pointed out that the project will start registering purchase intentions for the properties tomorrow (27th). The sales deployment will depend on the receipt situation, with sales expected to start as early as next week.

Ada Tse, Executive Director of Sun Hung Kai Properties, mentioned that members who purchase residential properties at 'THE CÉLÈ-天' within the specified period on the price list can enjoy a 1% discount on the property price.
