In this demonstration operation in collaboration with Doctor Mate, basic training based on statutory nursing care training was carried out for “timey” workers. The training can be taken free of charge, and the plan is to guide participants to jobs where they can work at nursing care sites by utilizing the knowledge they have learned. This collaboration provides an environment where workers can work more safely and securely, creates a state where nursing care establishments can be safely and smoothly accepted, and while reducing the risk of nursing care accidents occurring, it leads to the expansion of work left to spot workers and promotion of acceptance.
