As calculated and based on the valid acceptance of 11.0516 million shares of offer shares received, the offeror and its concerted parties collectively hold interests in a total of 0.2805 billion shares (equivalent to approximately 73.47% of the total issued share capital of the company as of the date of this joint announcement).
