Oriental Yeast Co., Ltd., a member of the Nisshin Seifun Group (President: Hideo Arai), will revise the product prices of yeast (bread yeast) starting from the December 1st deliveries, as follows.

Regarding the manufacturing of yeast, in addition to the increase in raw material prices, there has been further increases in domestic energy costs, logistics costs, and packaging material costs, all of which are pushing up the cost of goods manufactured for yeast.

We have been striving to reduce costs by continuously rationalizing and automating production and logistics, but it has become difficult to absorb repeated cost increases through corporate efforts alone. Therefore, we have decided to revise the prices of yeast (bread yeast) products.
