Implementation of emergency measures for disasters caused by low pressure and front accompanied by heavy rain.
We offer our deepest sympathies to all those affected by the disasters caused by the heavy rain accompanying the low pressure system and front.
In response to the recent disaster, Japan Post Group will provide emergency assistance to those affected in the regions where the Disaster Relief Act is applied as described below.
In addition, we will handle the same for any areas where the Disaster Relief Act is applicable in the future.

2 Handling contents
(1) Savings relationship (refer to separate sheet 1)
Emergency handling of savings and other items for victims who have lost passbooks, certificates, etc.
(2) Insurance relationship (refer to separate sheet 2)
Emergency handling of insurance contracts and simple life insurance contracts of Japan Post Insurance, extension of payment deferral period of insurance premiums, payment of insurance money, etc.
