("Sunriver Danxia Mountain Tourism") pre-transaction of RMB 0.15 billion won the bidding for five franchise rights projects within the Danxia Mountain water tourism and scenic area transportation sector (including Jinjiang Gallery boat, Xianglong Lake ferry, scenic area transportation, water Danxia boat, and Danxia Mountain cableway projects) with an operating period of 39 years.
The announcement shows that Sunriver Danxia Mountain Tourism is a holding subsidiary of the company, with the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang Sunriver Kunpeng Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. holding 65% of the shares, and Shaoguan Danxia Mountain Tourism Investment and Operation Co., Ltd.
