Baosheng Science and Technology Innovation (600973.SH) announced that it will publicly list and transfer 30% equity of its subsidiary, Baosheng (Yangzhou) Ocean Engineering Cable Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Baosheng Ocean Cable' or 'the target company'), on the Beijing Equity Exchange. After review by the Beijing Equity Exchange and confirmation by the company, it was determined that the target equity would be transferred to Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Joint Stock (hereinafter referred to as 'Yangtze Optical Fibre') and that a 'Property Transaction Agreement' and an 'Equity Transfer Agreement' would be signed with Yangtze Optical Fibre for a transaction price of 582.7977 million yuan.
