Feng Baoting has submitted his resignation to resign as the company's joint company secretary, authorized representative and agent for legal procedure documents; and Cheng Xing has resigned as the joint company secretary due to further work adjustments, all effective from September 20, 2024. After Cheng Xing resigns as joint company secretary, he will continue to serve as the company's legal director and assistant to the chairman.

After Feng Baoting left office and Cheng Xing was reassigned, the company proposed appointing Wu Xiuwei as the new joint company secretary, authorized representative and agent for legal process documents; and Wang Zan as another new joint company secretary, all effective from September 20, 2024.
