Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nishi-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, President: Makoto Uchida) announced the following personnel changes on the 20th.

Greg Haygy, the managing executive officer in charge of M&A and Partnership Finance, will retire on September 30th for personal reasons.

George Leondis, the executive officer in charge of Global Product and Industrial Operations Control, will assume the position of managing executive officer on October 1st and will also be responsible for M&A and Partnership Finance in addition to his current responsibilities. Leondis will report to Stephen Marr, the Chief Financial Officer.

Kazuto Amemiya, the director in charge of Finance for Japan and ASEAN, will assume the position of director in charge of Global R&D, Manufacturing, and CAPEX Control on October 1st. Amemiya will report to Leondis.
