In response to the media's inquiry, Dongfang Zhenxuan's customer service stated that they had collaborated with Mei Cheng in 2022 to launch a lava mooncake, but emphasized that the product was produced according to Dongfang Zhenxuan's standards, ensuring the quality of the product and complying with national standards. As for the full range of mooncakes in 2023 and 2024, there was no collaboration with Mei Cheng. Dongfang Zhenxuan has not yet responded to the inquiry.
