SCIB Acquires 2.49 Hectares Land In Bintulu For RM9.2 Million
The acquisition of the land is to expand SCIB Group's business operations through collaboration with developers to jointly develop and construct residential housing projects using own manufactured products. The group today entered into a Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) through its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary SCIB Properties Sdn Bhd (SCIBP) to acquire the land from Ginteck Sdn Bhd, reportedly situated at Lot 1673, Block 32, Kemena Land District.
