(hereinafter referred to as Hengcheng Industrial Development). The main content of the notice is as follows: According to the agreed "Cooperation Agreement", Hengcheng Industrial Development requires Anshi Asset Management to assume the obligation of designated third party to acquire its holdings of Zhuhai Anshi Yihong Investment Center (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Zhuhai Anshi Fund") shares.
