After obtaining the filing and/or approval of all relevant regulators (including but not limited to the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Stock Exchange) and complying with all applicable laws, regulations and rules, such unlisted shares will be converted into H shares and eligible for listing and trading on the main board of the Stock Exchange.
