(hereinafter referred to as 'Chongqing Langzhi Rui') jointly with affiliated individuals Mr. Guo Mao and Mr. Feng Jie. The total amount of capital increase is 15 million yuan. The three parties will subscribe at a price of 1 yuan/registered capital. ZaiSheng Technology intends to increase its capital by 7.5015 million yuan in cash, accounting for 50.01% of the existing shareholding ratio. Mr. Guo Mao, a new individual shareholder, will increase his capital by 6.4985 million yuan in cash, and Mr. Feng Jie, a new individual shareholder, will increase his capital by 1 million yuan in cash.
