On September 13th, Geelong Hui issued an announcement that, in view of the recent market information and based on the principle of prudence, and taking into account the company's current business situation and the need for future audit services, after the company communicated with PricewaterhouseCoopers about the recommendation to change the auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers agreed to resign as the company's auditor, effective from September 13, 2024.

The Board of Directors further announced that, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has resolved to appoint Hong Kong Lixin Dehao Certified Public Accountants Limited as the company's new auditor, effective from September 13, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy caused by PricewaterhouseCoopers' resignation, and to serve until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
