LA CHABEL (06116.HK) ANNOUNCES RECEIPT THIS TUESDAY (10TH) OF THE “NOTICE OF EXECUTION OF CHINA FINANCE AGAINST CHENGDU LOWEE, LAXIA TIANJIN AND XINGQING” ISSUED THIS TUESDAY (10TH) BY THE JINGAN COURT, PURSUANT TO “NOTICE OF EXECUTION” AND “REPORTING PROPERTY ORDER” NO. 6947 OF SHANGHAI 0106 (2024), the above case has entered the application for enforcement phase.

La Chabell said that the impact of this lawsuit on the Company's current or subsequent profits will ultimately be determined by the results of the annual audit. The Company will keep a close eye on the progress of this litigation and strictly comply with its obligation to disclose information in a timely manner in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and regulatory documents.

In addition, La Chabelle shares have been de-listed on the exchange as of February 7, 2023 and will continue to be suspended until further notice. Under the listing rules, the exchange can cancel the listing position of any securities suspended for 18 consecutive months. In the case of La Chabelle, the 18-month period expired on 6 August this year.
