Immediately after the end of the offer and the date of this joint announcement, the offeror and those acting in concert with it held a total interest in 0.376 billion shares, accounting for about 78.37% of the total issued share capital of the company.
Immediately after the end of the offer and the date of this joint announcement, 0.104 billion shares (equivalent to approximately 21.63% of the company's total issued share capital at the date of this joint announcement) were held by the public. Accordingly, as of the date of this Joint Announcement, the Company has not yet complied with the 25% minimum public shareholding requirement set out in section 8.08 (1) (a) of the Listing Rules.
