According to the Zhutong Finance APP, Kam Hing Int'l (02307) announced that after the trading period of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 9, 2024, the lessor (as lessor) and the lessee (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) (as lessee) entered into a lease agreement for the property. The lease term will be 10 years from the date of delivery of the property to the lessee (expected in November 2024). The property will be used by the lessee as a textile knitting factory in Vietnam.

It is reported that CÔNG TY TNHH DÊT MAY THÊ HÒA (Shihe Textile Co., Ltd.) as the lessor, the property is located at KCN Nhon Trach 6, Xa Long Tho, Huyen Nhon Trach, Tinh Dong, including two-story production units, each floor is about 5524.2 square meters (including the existing production workshop on the first floor, the production workshop to be constructed by the lessor before delivering the property to the lessee on the first floor, and the office area on each floor), together with about 1247.4 square meters of land outside the factory building.
