Receipt of dividends from subsidiary companies

We have received dividends from our consolidated subsidiary, which is expected to have an impact on our individual financial statements.
In the individual financial statements for the fiscal year ending in March 2025, we are expecting to record 141 billion yen as dividends received from affiliated companies in operating revenue.
The details of the dividends are as follows:
