The purchaser will purchase the above-mentioned shares according to the conditions agreed in the tender offer, and the transfer procedures will be handled in accordance with relevant regulations. After the completion of this tender offer, Dahengqin Group directly holds 20.37% of the shares of Shenzhen Bauing Construction Holding Group, and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dahengqin Construction (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., holds 2.00% of the shares of Shenzhen Bauing Construction Holding Group. At the same time, Zhuhai Aviation City Development Group Co., Ltd. and Gu Shaoming will respectively entrust the voting rights corresponding to the shares of Shenzhen Bauing Construction Holding Group they hold (11.54% and 4.05%) to Dahengqin Group. Therefore, Dahengqin Group holds 37.96% of the shares and voting rights of Shenzhen Bauing Construction Holding Group.

After the expiration of the deadline for the tender offer, the company's stock was suspended from trading starting on September 2, 2024 (Monday) due to the need for further confirmation of the tender offer results. The tender offer results have now been confirmed, and the company's stock will resume trading starting on September 6, 2024 (Friday) after applying to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
