The group recorded a net profit of 0.424 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.67%. The attributable profit to shareholders was 0.121 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 2.28%. The basic earnings per share were 7.26 fen.

The announcement stated that the increase in revenue was mainly due to an increase of 13.909 million yuan in customer contract revenue, while property lease revenue decreased by 2.881 million yuan.
