Senheng Saw Its Q2 Profit Plunges Nearly 50% As Sales Remain Weak
For the six-month period ended 30 June 2024 (1H24), Senheng recorded RM629.6 million in revenue, compared to RM643.7 million in the previous year. 1H24 group net profit stood at RM9.9 million, down from RM12.8 million in the same period last year.

As for the current quarter (Q2) the group reported a revenue of RM307 million down from the preceding year's quarter of RM325 million, in line with the revenue drop the group's net profit also suffered plunging 50% to RM3.6 million from RM6.5 million in Q2FY23.
