("Gongyu"), has established a strategic joint venture (the "JV") named Shanghai Fuyang Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. The JV marks a significant milestone in the Company's ongoing business transformation, aiming to capitalize on the rapidly growing cultural tourism sector in China.
