Mr. Lam has also stepped down as the chairman of the audit committee and as a member of the nomination and remuneration committees respectively.

Effective as of August 29, 2024: Ms. Li Ming Qi has been reassigned as the chairman of the audit committee and has resigned as the chair of the remuneration committee, but remains a member of the remuneration committee. Mr. Xu Wei, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as the chairman of the remuneration committee and as a member of the audit and nomination committees respectively.
