AJN Resources Inc. Announces Grant of Stock Options

(CSE: AJN) (FSE: 5AT) (AJN or the Company) is pleased to announce that it has granted an aggregate of 500,000 incentive stock options (Options) to two of its directors in accordance with AJN's omnibus equity incentive compensation plan. These Options have a two-year term and an exercise price of $0.15 per common share, and vest immediately.
