All preconditions stated in the supplemental agreement have been met, and the revised acquisition was completed on August 26, 2024. After the completion of the revised acquisition, the target company is directly held by Grand Ocean AR's wholly-owned subsidiary, Hongyuan Global, with a 52% stake. Therefore, the target company has become an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and the financial performance of the target group will be included in the company's financial statements.
