The Smart Finance app revealed that Hunan Development (000722.SZ) disclosed its semi-annual report for 2024, and the company achieved revenue of 0.181 billion yuan, a decrease of 2.13% compared to the same period last year (adjusted, the same below); net profit attributable to shareholders was 46.64 million yuan, a YoY increase of 7.27%; non-recurring net profit was 45.81 million yuan, a YoY increase of 19.91%; basic earnings per share were 0.1 yuan.

The company mainly engages in investment, development, construction, and operation management of clean energy projects such as hydropower and photovoltaic power generation. Currently, it operates and manages three hydropower stations in Zuzhou Hangdian, Mangtangxi, and Niaonicao in Hunan, as well as the distributed photovoltaic power station in Nanzhou Industrial Park, with a controllable total installed capacity of 0.234451 million kilowatts. All the electricity produced by hydropower generation is input into the Hunan power grid; the photovoltaic power generation adopts the model of "self-use and surplus electricity grid access", with some being consumed by internal enterprises in the industrial park and the remaining part being input into the Hunan power grid.

There have been no changes in the company's operating model during the reporting period. Except for the 8.14 MW rooftop distributed photovoltaic project in Zhuoda Jingu Entrepreneurship Park, Xiangyin County, there were no other newly approved energy projects during the reporting period.
