On August 23, Guolonghui | The National Energy Administration released the national electricity industry statistics for the period from January to July. As of the end of July, the cumulative installed capacity of power generation in the country is about 3.1 billion kilowatts, an increase of 14.0% year-on-year. Among them, the installed capacity of solar power generation is about 0.74 billion kilowatts, an increase of 49.8% year-on-year; the installed capacity of wind power is about 0.47 billion kilowatts, an increase of 19.8% year-on-year. From January to July, the national average utilization of power generation equipment accumulated hours is 1994, a decrease of 91 hours compared to the same period last year. From January to July, the total investment in power projects completed by major power generation enterprises in the country is 415.8 billion yuan, an increase of 2.6% year-on-year. The investment in grid projects completed is 294.7 billion yuan, an increase of 19.2% year-on-year.
